what we are using in the club are 6 iq15bs for midfield room. nice punch together with 8 1q15's, plenty of headroom. the crowd loves the sound.

I’m extremely torn between the EKX and the Turbosound.

Turbosound 3000w peak. 136db. Power con. Comes with casters

Ekx 1300w peak. 134db.

But EV is an amazing brand lol. Not sure on which one I should go with!!

How good are the warranties on the other subs. I know EV is 3 yr?

You’re right about that. I didn’t even think about weight lol. Maybe that’s why Turbosound ships with casters?

very good sub and rcf has always had a good name. same questions posed tho. weight warranty etc

Same weight as the Turbosound. 82 pounds.

3 year warranty.

~10 pound difference from the EKX... not a huge deal breaker for me.

If weight wasn’t the issue which would you go with? EV, RCF, or Turbosound?

Yup Agiprodj is moving their location so they are trying to free up space but they always have at least 15-20% off select equipment. When you check out it will ask for a coupon code at the top just type that in and it will apply it. Also check zzounds.com for those model subs they have pay as you play option which is convenient + no credit check.

Don't really pay attention to listed wattage, it's usually half-truths and straight up lies for marketing purposes.

passive is 5 powered is 3 thats standard usually
