Akai AMX / AFX Case... The search continues...

I own this Magma case: bhpho.to It's fine for transport, but when I use it as a stand it elevates the AMX too high so it's not flush with turntables.

I've been using this NI case instead which creates a perfect height but doesn't fit the AMX: www.sweetwater.com

I've also been searching every corner of the Internet for this super rare official case: youtu.be but can't find it anywhere.

I'm thinking about ordering this UDG case: www.amazon.com Does anybody own this one?

The AMX is such a great piece of kit and I just can't believe it's so hard to find a decent case!

I have this UDG case. It's a perfect fit for the AMX/AFX. +When you put the AFX or AMX above them, their height is the same as a CDJ-2000/DJM-900.

Cool I think CDJ-2000s are slightly taller than Technics turntables 🤔

Does the UDG case have grippy feet or is it just nylon all around?

I have the Akai branded case that works for transporting it but it's not the best stand when you place it between two turntables. I ended up buying this: www.harborfreight.com and modifying it to accommodate the AMX.

Does it comes with the insert foams that you can cut to fit with the AMX/AFX?

No I used foam from packing material.

Picked up a pair of AKAI AMX/AFX cases for peanuts! They are well made. I love the sticky rubber pads underneath to prevent the case/mixer from moving as well as indents for the AMX/AFX feet on top. The cases are pretty sturdy and compact. These cases would fit perfectly in my motorcycle laptop backpack! Talking about mobility!! Ha!

That's what I ended up using for my AMX. I still have the DIY case I made but the Akai case is perfect for traveling.

That’s a hot case from Harbor Freight! But can anyone share a direct link to the official Akai case? Especially for $11 CAD?
