DJ Party Mix Audio Probldms

I recently purchased a DJ Party Mix controller & after a few uses, it’s putting out muffled sounds. I was hoping there was a way I could bypass the master output via DJ Serato Pro & use sound via headphone jack on my laptop. Any suggestions?

I Hope you are not in the red on you soft ware, Because that will make it muffled.
Try turning down the master volume on both and see if that helps.
If you use Serato in Off line mode check if the sound is muffled in your headphones,
If it is not then you may have a problem with party mix.
