I have had all of the expansion packs from the start. Why do i have to pay for Play even when i already have all the packs?

It was open to people who bought the suite. You can try messaging serato about it as some have said they were given the license if they bought every pack individually.

Keep in mind it’s the holidays tho so you likely won’t get an answer for a bit.

Just email support. They opened it up for me and I don't have all of the Sound FX packs.
