Basically traktor is coming out with a controller where the whole joghweels spin. How does that even work, but it looks great. I have a feeling this is gonna get copied

Copied in what way? There are already SDJ compatible controllers with platters.

Oh man, i know that. But its not the platter that spins. It's the whole jogwheel which spins, stops and turns depending wether you touch it or not. That's a significant difference, also this controller is quite small and doesnt look that heavy (i hope) this hasnt been done before, also you get haptic feedback when you're over a cuepoint

If anything I would say NI took what's already there and made it better. That implementation of haptic feedback that allows you to feel your cue points is something else.

Yeah, but the NS7 is heavy as shit. This thing can basically fit in your bag and under 10lbs. Now, having moving jogwheels that are that small has to be a bit weird.

Personally I think the S4 is still too small.
I had hoped that the next controller from NI would be larger and that V3 would be something.
Unfortunately neither happened so once again I am back to using Serato.
