I just googled "Numark Party Mix Pro".
www.numark.com

Is this what they are wasting time and resources on? LOL

Has to be done...they need that cheque 😁

Not of a lot of resources. It probably uses the same card as the Numark mix pro with a new identifier. Serato just needs to add that new identifier to unlock the program once it was detected. After that, it is a simple mapping. I assume I'm not sure on what the program used to unlock.

I'm sure most of the coding is done by the hardware maker, Serato just allows SDJ to detect it as native and unlock features if that's part of the deal.

Also that thing has been on the market for quite a while..

Think I’ll pick up a mix pro to serve as my backup...lol!!!

Serato DJ...Pro...that supports Numark Mix Party...Pro....
Is it me or this sounds absolutely bullshit 😒
Seriously, Serato has nothing more PRO to offer ?
Except the Rane 12 & 72 for the hardware and the offline mode for the software, it's boring as hell !!! Actually, Serato does more marketing videos than anything else ...

A good chunk of the posts on the first page of this forum were about that.

I installed the new version of Serato last night and its doing something really strange. When I do something abrupt, like hit a cue point or click on a waveform to move to a different point in the song, I get a pop/snap type of noise. And that's the only time it happens. Otherwise, everything sounds fine. Its just 1 pop, right when you hit the button. It does it about 70% of the time. I installed it on another Windows 10 laptop I have, and it does the same thing. I have a mac that I can use, but I won't be able to get it until tomorrow. I'll install Serato on it and see if it does the same thing.

inMusic owns both Rane and Numark. I'm sure inMusic would NEVER lean on Serato to appeal to the masses like major record labels do - when they make artists produce "crossover" songs. Yup, I'm certain of it.

finally in the notes on the new update is indicated by the audio errors with the build 1803, no complaints 😁👍

Any one having issues with played tracks not changing color after the upgrade.
