copy ableton project to another machine to work on project issues

when i copy the ableton project from one machine to another, serato sample loses location of samples.

I have placed the files in exact location as original machine makes no difference.

I have even got the .als file to refind the files and save the project then copied over to the other machine makes no difference.

please advise
