Is there a way to turn Vinyl mode off on the DDj SR2

Is there a way to turn Vinyl mode off on DDj SR2 like on CDJs where I can touch the top platter to make minor adjustments ???

Yes it’s the “slip” button which also says vinyl.

i hit that butrton and it seems to make no real difference - i touch the top of the platter and it sort of stops the track. Is the slip active when its lit or when its not ??

Hold the shift button then press the slip button to disable vinyl mode

But there is no display of which mode you are in so... don’t forget what mode you are in because that can fuk you up. How could they have knocked this basic & imo essential display off of the layout is beyond me.

You can go into the utility mode of the SR2 and change it so that the LED ring shows "Blue for Vinyl Mode" & "White for CDJ Mode"
