Has anyone had any success using the Shure SC35c for scratching on DVS? I’ve tried different setups with the tone arm height, weight, and headshell placement. They skip all over. A slight tap or vibration on a 1200 and they’re all over the place. I use the M44-7 and Ortofon OM scratch, they stick like glue. Just curious on how to set them up for the same results. Probably a long shot.

They've worked great for me. I've used them for many years in club, mobile and battle situations.

Might need to break em in.

I’ll try breaking them in longer, I left them on the record for 24 hrs before, tonearm at 3 1/2 at 4.5 grams. Thank you for the help.

I've had to break in Ortofons so it's possible that's the issue.
