Mic not working on Serato DJ Lite with Roland DJ-202 - Help!

I have just bought a Roland DJ-202 with Serato DJ Lite on my MacBook Pro and it's all working perfectly so far, except the mic.

- I have successfully checked the mic works by plugging it into another computer.
- I have checked the volume next to the mic socket on the DJ-202.
- In the settings on Serato, the mic appears in grey, i.e. the volume cannot be adjusted.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Hi, I’m having exactly the same problem with Serato DJ Pro - same controller and same laptop.

I have seen no answers to the first post, can some help with this issue ?

I was facing the same problem and was stuck for finding the solution. So I just a bought a new mike and got rid of the old one.
