Can't login to My serato

Can't login to My serato

When I start Serato DJ intro the program just opens, without any login required.
It hasnt been a problem before, but now i want to try the 14day serato DJ trial. In order to do that i have to log in? From what i've read there should be like a "My serato tab" on your right side, when mixer is plugged in. Its not.
I've tried reinstalling the program and the drivers.
Im using reloop beatmix 4, windows 10.
Would love some help!

Unfortunately it doesnt. I am able to access the yellow "start trial" button in Serato, but all it does is redirect me to this page: serato.com

did you try clicking “start a free trial” on the website?

Yes I did. It opens another page which tells me to connect my hardware and open "my serato".
Its like they dont want me to purchase their products...

Connect your hardware then click my Serato.

Try logging out then logging back in in “my Serato”

I also have problems getting “ my Serato “ to just access the internet so that I can register Serato Video to the program . Was anyone able to solve this with a Mac book pro 10.7 ? I am still waiting for Serato to get back to me for support. I wish they would go back to the old days where you can call them and speak to a tech .
