Is there anyone here using Maschine with their Rane 62 and running the audio from Maschine through the aux/inputs 5/6?

I've been testing it out this week, running both Serato DJ and Maschine 2 on the same Macbook Pro with the audio from Maschine routed through the Aux channel on the mixer, and sending the midi clock from Serato to Maschine. Everything is fine until i press one any of the buttons on the mixer, when i do, i get what i can only describe as a pitched down feedback noise from the Aux channel that just keeps building and building, the only i can stop it is by closing the Maschine app? Has anyone else experienced similar issues or know a way of sorting this?
