Serato Sample Trial

I recently started the 31 day trial for Serato Sample using my MacBook Pro and Cubase 8. After about a week I get a new MacBook Pro and new Mixars Duo MKII mixer. I loaded Cubase on the new MacBook Pro but realized I can't load the trial version of Serato Sample. Can anyone tell me how I can get Serato Sample for my remaining 3 weeks of the trial period loaded onto my new MacBook Pro???

Does it say 'please try later' after logging in? I got the same thing when I re-installed windows on a new SSD the other day... interested in the solution to this one.
