Locked out of my Software cant activate!

I reformatted my cpu, and tried to load serato sample, but am locked out of the software I paid for. I've already sent a support ticket, but this needs to change! Don't punish the customer for this, give me access to my software, however u have to make that happen! Thanks

Hi ceelo,

Since you reformatted the computer, the Serato Sample licence thinks it is a different computer ID and will not allow activation. This is just a standard security measure, and in practice you would have benefitted from from de-registering the plugin before reformatting your computer (which is what we recommend).

In the mean time, i've deactivated your licences from your account that was registered to your computer. Please try activating again :)
