johnnyBRUX 10:35 AM - 15 July, 2017

Been using the free trial of sample, and I really like it, however the issue i have is I'm timestretching a vocal and I want that time stretched vocal to be bounced into a wav file for my track, and I cant for the life if me figure out how to.

Anyone able to help?

Never used it. But you should be able to route the output from the channel to another track then record it. If you ask Bitwig users how to 'bounce' a track that should work.

I don't know how to do this in your DAW but it would be great if Serato added this as a drag and drop feature in a future update.

I use a drum/sequencer plugin called Xfer Nerve and this plugin allows you to easily drag your edited audio file straight from the sequencer to your DAW in one key press so it must be an easy feature to add in.

Hope you found a work around.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, currently you can't export slices straight from Serato Sample, you'll need to bounce it out through your DAW. Serato Sample focuses on making non-destructive edits to the sample, changing speed and pitch from cue points in the song. Bouncing/rendering has never been part of the design but I do see where this could be very helpful!

Thanks for the feedback.
