Activation of a reseller license

Hi,

I purchased my license for Sample today from Audiodeluxe. Unfortunately I´m not able to activate the license. If I go to the "products" tab on my Serate account site there is a button called "Add a New Product". Unfortunately Sample is not in the dropdown list.

Can someone please assist?

Hi donhogo, yes it looks like you've already got a Serato Sample licence on your account.

You should be able to activate the plugin when you start it up - are you not able to do this?

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when you click on the Products section of your profile?

Hi Scott,

The activation of the license worked after putting the "serial" from the reseller into the voucher input field. I found this in the activation manual of another reseller. I was able to activate the plugin on my computer.
