Itunes quicktime and unsupported files

Im a newbee, i downloaded serato dj intro and plugged in my ddj-sb2 and my ex-drive all my music other than itunes is playable.
Changed my settings in itunes to mp3 from acc. Now re-analyzing should this fix it?
