Transferring music to LaCie external hard drive (itunes or serato, or both?)

Hey! 'm in the process of transferring my music to my LaCie external hard drive.

Should I transfer my Serato or iTunes music? They are the same because I matched my music from iTunes to Serato, but I'm not sure which music to transfer.

I also don't want duplicates, so I'm weary of transferring both.
