I updated my serato dj and I can not activate the serato video, the invalid license message appears, I bought it in 2014 on serato's website

I updated the lion version to yosemite and switched the HD

You should be able to access your Serato video in the "my Serato" panel when SDJ is disconnected from hardware.

I tried but it did not work out among the reasons written on the site is that the software may be trying to install on two computer at the same time.
I updated the lion version to yosemite and switched the HD the serato dj was installed on the new HD.

You'll have to start a support ticket I'm afraid Serato will handle it from there.
