Track color on library doesn't match color selected from the palette

Has anyone noticed that the colors show in the library track color palette don't match the color shown for that track in the library? I'm not sure what the logic is behind this, or if it's a bug, but either way it's really annoying when you select a color and the color shown doesn't match the color selected!

I'm pretty sure the colours are meant for your cue points & not tracks in library.
I could be wrong though.

Nope... These are the colors that you select next to each track...
