So i just bought a DDJ-SB2 and i just downloaded Serato Intro. the program downloaded and installed fine and opens up without problem. At first the Stock USB cord would not work and was reading the Error: Hardware Device disconnected even though it as connected. easy fix when i just used my printers USB. however my problem now is i can not control anything in Intro with my controller. Yet when i downloaded Serato FT, everything began to work fine. any help? i plan to buy the full version but i still want to mess around and get used to Serato before i start pumping out more money.
