1.9.3 issues

I have a MacBook Pro 17inch

I upgraded to 1.9.3 and during a set my computer froze and stop playing music 4 different times. I was connected to a SL4. And running HID Mode on cdj 2000 nexus. I reset my Mac , changed USB cables on all gear and still froze.

The yellow and red dot keeps flashing on and off. Nothing is running in the background and the wifi is off.

Never had this issue until I updated. Anyone else having problems.

Lot of people do and I have reported it during the Beta.

File a support ticket. It's the only real way to get heard & counted.

Please be specific about what OSX you are using. If the SL4 doesn't have the proper drivers for your OS X you will have audio issues. Seeing too many ppl needing help but not specifying what OSX they are on which is very important.

I am running windows 7 ultimate and I have the same problem. Did the reporting amount to anything, i.e., answers?

No. Serato asked for everyone with issues and a 'in spec' computer for 1.9.3 to get in touch and file a ticket as it's being looked into right now!

Having the same problem with my Sb2 drop outs and freezing.When the freeze is over the sound comes out glitchy It seems to happen when I use the fx effects Plays well when I use my Ddj sx2

Dxdiag sent long time ago, I've installed sdj 193 on a older and slower machine and there I have no issues. Seems like only some chips have issues.

Good to one its not my rig... I'll definitely file a ticket. I've optimize reoptimize purchased high quality cables still droping out. Went back to 1.9.2 👍 decided to try it again last night during a practice session I immediately started experiencing dropouts.. 👎

I reported it, Serato asked if i could go back to 1.9.1 Because there are some issues with windows 7 running on 1.9.3. 1.9.2 was not that bad.

1.9.1 is much better
