external hard drive not showing in serato dj

Hi all,
I started serato dj and my external hard drive is not showing. Neither in 1.9.2 nor 1.9.3.beta.
It is showing in my laptop but not SDJ. It worked fine when I last used it.

make sure you plug your hard drive in the same usb port all the time, when you change ports the drive letter changes and Serato might have trouble reading your drive,
