Serato ddjsx2 will not load up properly.

I dj'ed a wedding yesterday with (one) channel serato because my DDJ-SX2 controller would not pick up dual decks on the laptop. What are some possible troubleshoots that will fix the problem. The message showed (Audio not connected) at the bottom of the DDJSX2 scene.

try different usb cable or port also what version of sdj are you using

What version of Serato are you using? This also happened to me on the latest 1.8 version and the 1.9.1 version. I've been using 1.7.8 version and have had no issues so I will continue to use that. I'm also trying out 1.9.2 and no issues so far when plugging in my USB. I know for a fact it's a software issue and not the Pioneer USB. It's also happened to a few of my friends that play music.

@djsyndic8 I swapped usb ports and both are working properly.

@dj-alo I have the latest version of serato 1.9.2 and i did download it from the serato website. The decks have finally popped up and now i can play. The other day i didn't have wi-fi and i couldn't download the software to play for the wedding in a timely manner. However im still tentative on what i will do tonight. Any recommendations? It seems like sometimes it will load properly and sometimes it doesn't. Should i use a older serato version?
