Serato video output

The Main Mix Output preview & the serato video output are not displaying anything. I just activated serato video last night so im very new to this.

My operating system is Windows 10
I have an I3 processor
My graphic card is an Intel Hd Graphics 5500

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok my main mix output preview is working now but the serato video output box still is not. Do I need to be connected to the outside source such as the tv or projector to get that to turn on?

No, you shouldn't..are you playing videos on 2 channels? Is it something like your crossfader/channel fader has the output faded out?

Yes sir..I played videos on both channels. Faders all the way up. I use an SX2 & even in offline mode nothing is coming up in the serato video output box. Its just a blank white box.

Being on windows do you have quicktime installed because I'm pretty sure Serato Video does rely on it
