I'm sure these have been discussed a million times, but I would think these features would have been in version 1.1. I would like to humbly request that the next Serato DJ release include:

Total amount of music (by minutes:seconds) in a crate listed. I play numerous gigs that only allows me a 1 hour or 90 minute set. When I build the crate for that gig, I have no idea if I have enough or too much music.

Auto-crossfade from track to track. Without this, running a playlist on autopilot is essentially useless. How many DJs can afford to have 5 seconds or more of dead air between tracks? Regardless of the event type, sometimes we need the software to help out while we do other things.

Thanks to the Serato team for all of the awesome upgrades that we receive! I think Serato DJ will be more easily accepted as a "complete" piece of software when some of these basic features are included. Until then, I feel like it might always feel "under development".
