Pioneer CDJ-2000 Time Code Signal SD Card

So it's been awhile since I used the CDJ-2000's with time code (normally run them HID, but for this upcoming event I have a DJ who needs time code cd's), but is it possible to load the DJ Mike West control tone mp3 (or converted to wav) file to a SD card and run it natively with Serato DJ/Serato Scratch Live?

What's the DJ mike west control tone? What's wrong with the original? I'd stay away with tampering with the control tone. If you need length just loop it, I've left mine looping for hours on end many many times

PS - Serato take note - if people are bootlegging and extending the control tone, then maybe it's time to release an official 75 minute version? Seriously can't be that hard...

Are you asking if you can use DVS with the control tone on the SD card? The answer is yes. I do with a USB stick all the time. SD is fine. You should put the tone in its own dedicated playlist through rekordbox.

Figured it out guys. The reason it wasn't working for me was because the persons computer I was configuring didn't have the DVS expansion pack plug-in. I was so use to my computer that I totally forgot he needed the plug-in for the timecode signal. I'd advised him to just purchase the Club Kit expansion. Save $40 doing it that way and definitely worth it!

It's a 75 minute control tone mp3. And no one really tampered with the tone. It's just an extended version that way you don't have to restart tone cd/USB every 15 minutes.
