Help me chosse ......Electro Voice ZLX15p 15' 1000 W or EKX15P 15' 1500W?

I am a new Dj, I come from Cuba where i couldnt have any good Dj equipment, but i always practiced with whatever i could get(VirtualDJ) .

Now i got a Pioneer DDJ-SX2 with a MacBook Pro. I played at a Hooka Inn place. I putted up a great party. I want to have my own mobile set but i dont know what speaker to get.....

Electro Voice -ZLX15P 15' 1000 W $ 1259(Pair,New)
-EKX15P 15' 1500W $1798(Pair,New)

If these two are only your choices then get the EKX15P, newer model and a step-up from zlx speakers. If $ is not an issue, then get the more powerful and better speaker which is the ETX series.

Agreed. I'd also like to know why you feel it is necessary to start off with 15" speakers instead of smaller speakers plus a sub?
