DJ School/Academy

Anyone attended any DJ Schools around the US? Friend of mine went to London for 3 months for courses and loved it, producing, and DJ school all in one. I was looking at Scratch Academy's options and they look very good and for a decently reasonably price for everything that will be taught. Just wondering if anyone else has done it and how they liked it, or if they attended other schools to learn how to produce/DJ and if so what those schools were and how did they like them.

DjDickless...so I'm Alumni from Scratch Academy Chicago. It was a little pricey per semester (I did the Certification Program) but no regrets at this point. My instructors were known around the globe, so I can say with confidence that I have learned from some of the best. The school is a good way to get working on your foundation, currently 2 years removed from Scratch and I'm finally reaching a confidence level that I always wanted to be at. Moral of story is there so much to still learn after the program that I don't want anyone to think that their leaving Scratch as the dopest dj ever! It takes work and like I said it took time even after Scratch to get where I'm at now.....And that was with practicing everyday. As they say, you get out, what you put in my dude! All the Scratch Academy's have great instructors! Get at me if your near Chicago, I'm currently a teaching assistant there and can help with any additional questions you may have.
