Allen & Heath K1 "User Mapple Faders"

So I just bought this today and hooked up my rig which consists of a Akai AFX, Maschine Mikro, DJM-900SRT and now the K1 that I want to replace my Korg Nano with. I got it mainly so I could map the Tempo Sliders to the faders but so far I haven't figured how to. More troubling is that it doesn't even show up in the list of MIDI devices in the setup window. Whats the deal?

I'm currently using Mavericks OS with Serato DJ 1.8.5

Where do I change the name of the device? Are you talking about my Audio/MIDI Setup in my utilities? Any idea when they'll fix this bug?

Thanks so much for advice! When I get off work at 8pm CST I'll try it out and let you know how it goes. I had to revert to 1.7.3 in order to map by advice of someone else but I much rather be using the most current version if possible.

Hello,
I am trying to find the solution for the same "problem" as Snert. I have Windows 7 (32bit), Serato DJ 1.8.0. Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance for your reply, your help.

Ok, unfortunately the latest possible Serato for mapping faders (for me) is 1.7.8. I really do not understand why. (it makes me angry)

as of 2.1.1 you can now remap the default mapping so it is kind of fixed lol.
