Hello everyone I need help ASAP!

I can't connect to my serato video on my computer I just finished upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and for some reason I can't see the activation button on the serato software for serato video it shows me if I want to buy it but I already have it.
I've tried deactivating older seratos but It seems the button is not working or it isn't working at all. I tried to contact serato through email but haven't gotten response in any sort of way.....
I went to my profile to get the serial numbers but when I enter my password it doesn't show any serial number just shows the products I have.
