Hi all,
Trying to figure out a way to play sounds LIVE using something like the MPK249 with Serato to go along my DDJSX and not sure how this would/could be done.

I like to play more loops/samples and the SP6 allows for only 6 mirrored so it's no good. This is why I need something like the MPK249 so I can trigger more sounds and modify them with the knobs and faders but I also want the ability to play instruments/synths with the keyboard such as piano/sax/other and not sure how that can work. Is there a way? I hope someone can help or point me in the right direction.

No matter how many pads or keys are available for mapping, you can only use 6 sample slots at a time on the current build of SDJ. You will be better of using another software in to do this.

To activate Midi Mapping for your device go to:
Settings
Midi (tab)
Select your controller from the list
Then click Enable

Thank you for the reply. So the software is the issue. Bummer!!
Any other way to do this on one PC (abelton and serato may crash one if on same PC)?
