How to Deactivate my Serato DJ on another laptop that is not working

Good afternoon...

My friend gave me a license of serato dj a year ago but the problem is my laptop is not working anymore due to motherboard and hard disk problem. I have a new laptop and I want to use serato DJ again. I already have licensed serato intro (bought a pioneer ddj sb) but I prefer serato DJ. According to my friend, I need to deactivate the serato DJ in my other laptop but as I have said, the hard drive & mother board is not working anymore.

What should I do??

Your best bet would be to get in contact with our Support team - they can re-issue your activation for you. You can do that over here: support.serato.com
