Hello

I am using the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 256gb, i7, 8gb RAM running Windows 8.1 Pro.
As well as a Numark NS7II. I recently used my Serato login and learned about the Whitelabel service that comes along with it.

But the website does not seem to be processing or activating any of my responses when I click preview or download. Exactly how does this service work? I'd like to download music if that basically is what the service does.. Nothing happens when I click the action buttons for tracks not to mention I have tried doing it in both Desktop Internet Explorer as well as the Internet Explorer app.

Am I doing something wrong?
