come on dude...you can't really say that..... so what your saying is that our unit is flawed b/c it doesn't work 100% with "THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE" ??...think about this one... do you blame an operating system such as windows, if a software program doesn't work right??... wouldn't you think its the software program/manufacturer that needs to make it work right!???...

believe me we are working hard with Serato to fixx this issue...(and we know what the issue is... =)...)

so whens the last time you heard Bill Gates say "yeah...we will make our OS better so your Photoshop will be less buggy!"....

just be glad that both Denon & Serato are helping users out by providing updates...so cut us some slack at least....

I have a denon 6000 (Great Cd Player)
But Cue And Pitch Dont Work With Serato At All.
Hope Denon Comes With An Update.

I got both of mine off ebay for a "G"... I think you can cut it pretty good on them...
