What's the difference between the two? If I'm using the master tempo do I need pitch ' n time?

@backbonedword & @ekalb - PNT/Master tempo essentially do the same thing, however Pitch N Time offers superior Time-Stretching and Key-Shifting to Master tempo/keylock ;)

The main difference between Pitch ’n Time and Master Tempo is in the quality and flexibility of time-stretching and pitch-shifting: Pitch ’n Time is a dedicated high-end algorithm designed for professional-grade audio editing with cleaner results, especially for vocals and complex sounds, while Master Tempo is the built-in time-stretching feature in many DAWs that works well for general use but may not deliver the same precision or audio clarity. If you’re only doing basic tempo adjustments, Master Tempo is usually enough, but if you need advanced pitch correction or smoother stretching without artifacts, Pitch ’n Time can be worth it. It’s similar to how Real GB Apps realgbapps.com provides enhanced features beyond standard messaging apps—sometimes the built-in option works fine, but advanced tools offer extra control and better performance depending on your needs.
