How can I deactivate packs on a laptop that's broken?

I had a laptop with Serato and a number of packs such as pitch and time, FX etc. I also have a desktop that I use with my VCI-380. My laptop died and not I'm juggling my last remaining activation between my backup laptop and my desktop.

How do I deactivate my licenses?
