Serato DJ 1.7 frequently hangs on exit.

When exiting, it asks, "Do you want to exit?" I press Yes......hang:

The program SeratoDJ.exe version 1.7.0.1772 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

System is Windows 8.1

Getting the same issue with a MacBook Pro

Then open a help support ticket ---> support.serato.com That way the guys can take a look and see what is going wrong for you.
