Hi guys,
I am having an issue when it comes to recording using serato video and Serato Dj. It can't seem to record past 4 minutes. What could be the matter?

There are numerous users having that same issue. Try recording onto another drive than what your videos are stores on. I think it might be a bug. If you want to record I suggest ME or Screenflow. Good luck

Had the same issue. Really was no fix for me. Bought ME and now I record my video sets with no problems! Save yourself the headaches!!

Hey Incrediblevj,

It sounds to me like you have found a solution using ME. Let me know if you would like to trouble shoot the issue with Serato DJ. Get back to me with your full specs and a list of all USB devices. Let me know where your videos are stored and where you are recording to.

Was good sam,

Am using a mac book pro core i7 8gb ram 2.4 ghz my videos are stored on both my internal and external drives. am recording to my internal drive.
