Do you know which firmware the mixer is using? Keep in mind that SDJ is recommended to use firmware version 2.21 and version 1.17 is recommended for use with SSL.

im using the most recent one and it works well with ssl just sdj will not read it ive updated drivers for both programs and still wont connect with sdj

Can you please look at the 62's preference pane and tell us the firmware version you currently have installed?

If its 2.21 (which it should be) try this:

Quit all programs completely.

1. Open your Macintosh HD drive.
2. Click on your HD icon.
3. Click on 'system'.
4. Click 'library'.
5. Click 'Extentions'.
6. Delete the 'SeratoScratchDriver.kext' and/or the SeratoScratchDriver.10.6 or 10.4.kext files.

7. Delete any other Rane hardware .kext files such as SL2.kext, SL3.kext, SL4.kext, Sixty-One.Kext, Sixty-Two.kext, and Sixty-Eight.kext.


Now re install SDJ 1.6.3 and update the driver via the 'update driver' tab on the right side of the main screen.
