Problem, no output when controller is connected.
When I play a file without the SX controller on, it plays out my speakers just fine, but when I connect or turn on the SX, output ceases as soon as it connects. I can control the software fine with the SX (load tracks, play, pause, all buttons work, etc). I can hit CUE and hear the song in the headphones, but not the speakers.
It seems like the
All other programs allow output through my speakers.

Hi ChrisO3,
Are you talking about your laptop speakers, or speakers connected to the DDJ-SX outputs?
Let me know.
Cheers,
Micah

Both actually. I have a Scarlett 2i2 and my speakers are plugged into that, and the SX is also plugged into that as input.
It was working fine last night. I don't know what happened.

Hey ChrisO3,
Can you try connecting your speakers into the back of the DDJ-SX? That'll let us know if the issue is with the DDJ-SX, or not.
Let me know how that goes :-)
Cheers,
Micah

Yes it seems to be working when coming straight from the SX. And the outputs from the Scarlett seem to be good, but it seems like the INPUTS into the scarlett arent getting any signal. Could the inputs be bad?

Hey ChrisO3,
If the speakers are working when directly plugged into the DDJ-SX, it shows the issue lies with the soundcard. It could be the inputs, or maybe some settings on that soundcard.
Cheers,
Micah
