Hi, my Serato DJ Intro crashes every time I try and load a new sample.

the sample is recorded on my phone (Galaxy s5) and plays through iTunes no problem, but crashes the system every time I play it through Serato.

Not sure how to pastes a screenshot of the log to this feed though. Any advice?

Thanks for getting in touch. What type of file format is the sample file? Can you please attach it to your thread and we can investigate further.

Im having similar issues. I can load the samples ok, but it seems to be randomly crashing when I toggle from the DJ FX tab to the Samples tab it causes a crash. It's happened 3 times in the past 2 days. Luckily just while I was messing around at home, but this doesn't give me much confidence to use it live. There's really no rhyme or reason to why or when it happens that I've noticed, but it always occurs when switching between the tabs.

Please make sure you are on the latest version of Serato DJ Intro 1.2.1

I can't reproduce this issue on my end so, let me know how you go after the update and we can continue investigating.
