I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM WITH MY SERATO DJ... NOW IF I JUST PLAYED A SONG AND TYPE IN THE TITLE IN THE SEARCH BAR NEX 2 MINS IT ISNT COMING UP..IF I DO THE SAME THING WITH ITCH OR SCRATCH LIVE, THE SONG IS COMING UP...I UNINSTALL, RESTART AND INSTALL BACK AND ISSUE IS STILL HERE...

Hey Karon,

Could I please have your computers full specs and a list of all USB devices connected? Does this happen with all tracks or only certain ones? If only certain tracks, what makes them different? Where are they stored? What format are they?

Are you able to open Serato DJ without the controller connected? If so hold COMMAND (mac) / CTRL (pc) and click on the analyse files button. This will force the program to analyse your entire library. Once this is done remove any files which are corrupt, they have a lightning bolt icon in the first column of the library panel.

Now try and connect your controller, does this help?
