i have ddj sr. run serato dj on my computer, it does not run white screen opens.
After a short time, saw changes to a black screen and serato dj not run.
Please tell us about this error

Try reinstall Serato DJ first. And open without internet connection.
Also open Serato DJ with right click "Run as administrator".

Just any of the USB devices you are connected to your computer. Mouse, Keyboard, Hubs etc.

Have you ever been able to open Serato DJ before?

Hi ju eun park,

Can you try this -

Open up "Regedit" on the user account that will not work.

Under the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Serato\SeratoDJ, there is a key "info_whats_new_last_shown" that should say something like Serato DJ 1.6.0 (16000).

Can you please change it to something like Serato DJ 1.7.0 (17000) (a higher version then what you are running) This should prevent the whats new window from showing.

Let me know how that goes

I have the identical problem as described. I ran Serato DJ and on the next day it was the white/black screen problem. Also have Win7, 64 Bit. No Idea what happened, nothing changed...

I have 1.7.3, changed the regentry from 1.7.0 to 1.7.3, but no change...

Anyone got an idea ?

still trying to figure this sb out could anyone please help ive seen on a youtube post ddj sb hip hop mix (billboard chats)where the guy reapeats the beat with auto loop highlighted while the tune is still playing without delaying the beat does any one what hes done to activate it
