Hi,

My computer crashed last night for some electrical reasons and I wanted to unactivate my account on the specific laptop. For some reasons the problem was the hard drive and I cannot unactivate it.

Is there a way I can still register 2 computers (1 as a main computer which this laptop I am using now and 1 as a back up) at the same time?

How can I do that? Please I need help!

Hi 2.Um.@.X,

Yes, you can have your licence activated on 2 computers at any time, as long as you aren't using the software on both computers simultaneously.

I've deactivated the licence from your crashed computer. To reactivate it, open Serato DJ, log into 'online mode' with your email/password and hit 'ACTIVATE' next to Serato DJ/the other expansions you want activated.
