I have the 1.6.1 Serato with a Reloop Terminal Mix 4. I have downloaded the driver, the new firmware , and even tried downgrading to dj intro but none work. The sound will not play through my speakers that are connected to my master balanced output and headphones. Need Help Please trying to start mixin already. lol

do ur laptop the optimization for sdj and everything should be fine. u find the manual for that from serato web site.

Could I please have your computers full specs and a list of all USB devices that you have connected?

How do you have everything connected?

What do you see on screen? Do you see 2 virtual decks or only one?
