when playing certain tracks on serato o experience clicking noises. I have already spoken to numark and they have spent a while working out why this happens and assure me that it is a software problem and that i should contact you.

Hey Guch,
Could I please have your computers full specs and a list of all USB devices that you have connected?
When you say "certain" tracks do this, is there something specifically different about those tracks? Are they all the same format? Are they stored in the same area? Can you upload one for me to look at?
Cheers, Sam

4 gb ram
64 bit operating system
processor intel(r) pentium(r) CPU B950 @ 2.10GHz 2.10GHz
The only usb connection I have is with my mouse and the numark mixtrck pro 2
The tracks are all in mp3 format as I have spoken to Numark about and they have advised me to do this. Attached is one off the tracks. They have all either been sourced from the internet and itunes.

Hey Guch,
When you open up Serato DJ > Setup, what is your USB buffer size set to? Can you try moving this all the way to the right?
Also, if you turn off your computers WIFI and all unneeded programs do you notice an improvement?
Let me know,
Sam

hey sam
the buffer size is the highest possible and also shutting down programs doesn't make a difference.
