The right deck on my NS72 is giving me serious problems. I can't even que up songs with out the auto que'd (top right, 4th pad) interrupting my set. I hit shift and delete that pad but it mysteriously keep blocking my progress. These decks are new to me but I have a gig this weekend and desperately need to fix and remedy this problem before a nightmare DJ scenario ensues.

Hey Unky,
Thanks for getting in touch with us here at Serato HQ. How consistent is this issue? Does it occur every time? or does it occur after a specific period of time?
- When was the last time you updated the drivers and firmware?
Cheers

Hey Unky,
Thru mode is a setting on your controller where you can play another device, ie, CDJ or iPod through one of the channels, bypassing the software.
You can turn this on and off by flicking the switch above each channel on the mixer. If you want them all turned back to regular software channels change all the switches to PC.

Sam thank you so much you are a life saver. Please if you don't mind, if you can answer my previous question you would truly save my ass from a heart Murmur. My right side deck, both 2 and 4. This yellow automatic que keeps popping up in almost every song. Its the fourth control pad at the top of the row. Why can't I stop this from automatically que'n and killing songs. Its become so unpredictable that I'm afraid to use the right deck all together. Its only happening in that 4th pad position and not on any of the others. Its never happened on the left deck... Help?

That sounds like the button may be faulty?
Are you able to try connecting your controller to another computer to see if you still get the same issue? - If you do I would recommend getting in touch with Numark to get it repaired.

I'll try to be more specific. The Que at the 4th position at top right of my right (right deck only) seems to keep setting itself and butchering songs most of the time. I hit shift/ to delete and it returns a few seconds later. If I set a Que, within any other position other than that 4th position, it sets at the same time in that damn 4th pad position on the que pads. Its entirely unpredictable. Is it my controller itself, or the software. Its been happening for weeks now. All of this is occurring in the RED QUE mode, not the YELLOW/ORANGE Que mode. Please Help!!!!!!! Its still happening and I have a gig coming up again.

Like I said above, try connecting your controller to another computer to see if you get the same issue.
If you do its likely that the controller is malfunctioning. Numark should be able to repair it for you or advise you where to get it repaired.
