I've downloaded the latest driver. No result. The computer reads the controller but the program doesn't notice it

Hey Riccloc,
Thanks for your patience as we have been flat out busy here at Serato HQ.
- Did this issue occur in a previous update of Serato DJ?
- When you updated the drivers for your controller, did you remove the previous ones?
- Have you tried using this unit on another computer to see if the issue persists?
There could be a chance that your computer is now reading your controller as a sound device instead of a MIDI device. We need to establish the above before carrying out some other steps.
Cheers
Mak T

@ric Not sure if it will work for you but I went and downloaded itch again after I tried all the tips and suggestions that I found here, just to try and get ANY program that would work. While it was downloading it updated drivers and long story short... it's up and running (SDJ that is). Not sure if it's gonna work for you but I thought I would share since it worked for me.
