ID3 tags are not saved

This is very common scenario when i want to define my genere.
On start, in library at genere is Other. I correct this to appropriate one eg. Pop, and it is Pop until next load to deck. As soon as i load the track to deck genere backs to Other.
It's annoying because i need to edit ID3 tags in SeratoScratchLive, or recordbox (free key analyse) and get back to SDJ.
Can somebody explain me what is happening and how to edit all ID3 tags inside SDJ.

I had the same problem. The solution that worked for me was to store / convert mp3 tags in idv2.3 only and to remove all older versions. Mp3tag (free) is able to do this.

It's working!! Mp3tag is very nice piece of software.
On the other hand SDJ should handle this situation and behave at least like SL (stabile and not so buggy)
